Reliable systems don't happen by accident

We bring the practices proven on large projects to smaller ones as well.

Observability
Metrics, central logs and alerts. We see a problem before a user reports it.
Audit and access control
Who changed what, and when, is kept in a central log. OAuth2, signed tokens and roles.
Secrets protection
Keys and passwords stay out of the code, in Vault and environment settings.
Automated delivery
CI pipelines and containers. Every release follows the same repeatable path.
Documented code
Services and functions are described. Knowledge survives team changes, and handing a project over is straightforward.
Data integrity
Transactions, payment status tracking and real-time replication to the analytics store.

Frequently asked questions

What to know before ordering software development in Uzbekistan.

What kind of company is Monotech?

Monotech is an IT outsourcing and custom software development company based in Uzbekistan. We build and support enterprise systems, web platforms, mobile apps and integrations.

What is IT outsourcing, and when does a company in Uzbekistan need it?

IT outsourcing means handing software development or support to an external team. It fits when you have no IT department, experienced specialists are hard to find, or a project has to finish on time.

Which systems in Uzbekistan do you integrate with?

We have worked with the Click, Payme and Octo payment systems, the MyID and OneID identity services, Didox e-invoicing and Eskiz SMS. We also connect fiscal receipts, refunds and Telegram bots.

Must user data be stored in Uzbekistan?

Partly. Under Article 27¹ of the Law on Personal Data, since 27 March 2026 biometric and genetic data, along with data of users of telecom operators in Uzbekistan, must stay in the country, while other data may be stored abroad under set conditions. We design the architecture with this in mind, and your specific case should be checked with a lawyer.

Will the system work in Uzbek and Russian?

Yes, we build interfaces in Uzbek (Latin and Cyrillic), Russian and English. For example, Kalogram works in Uzbek, Russian and English, and Mono Lista in Uzbek Latin, Uzbek Cyrillic, Russian and English.

Is a Telegram bot enough, or do I need a mobile app?

For simple orders, bookings and notifications, a Telegram bot or mini app is often enough, because users install nothing. If you need offline work, device features or an app store presence, a mobile app is the better choice. We build both.

How much does software development cost?

The exact price depends on the scope, the number of integrations and the engagement model, so we quote it after analysis. With clear requirements we offer a fixed price per phase, and for a long-running product a monthly fee based on team composition.

Who owns the code and documentation?

The code and documentation are yours, and you have repository access from day one. We sign an NDA at the start of the work.
